Why the reference card matters
The PoolBoi reference card has color calibration blocks that the AI uses to correct for ambient lighting. Without it, strip readings in bright sunlight or shade can be off. With it, the AI has a ground truth for color interpretation — giving you much more accurate results.

What happens after the 30-day trial?
When your trial ends, you move into read-only mode — you can still view all your past test results, history, and schedule, but you won't be able to run new analyses until you start a membership. No data is deleted.

What is the reference card?
The PoolBoi reference card is a small physical card you hold next to your test strip when photographing it. It has color calibration blocks that the AI uses to correct for ambient lighting — significantly improving reading accuracy in sunlight, shade, and indoor lighting.
When will I receive my reference card?
Reference cards are mailed after you start a paid membership. Allow 5–10 business days for delivery.
Can I cancel at any time?
